  Lauren Ferraro

  Dr.

  Dr. Lauren Ferraro discovered she was passionate about dentistry after suffering from an injury that caused dental trauma. She experienced first hand the extraordinary capabilities of dentistry and decided to commit her career to a standard of excellence in the field. Dr. Ferraro now finds great fulfillment in helping patients rediscover their self-confidence through a beautiful smile. She puts emphasis on creating a comfortable experience for patients with a gentle hand and open communication. Dr. Ferraro earned a bachelor of science in human physiology at Rutgers University, where she graduated Cum Laude, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2017. She completed a General Practice residency with New York Medical College at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, where she received extensive training in head and neck trauma as well as in IV sedation and complex and cosmetic dentistry. She has also performed full mouth rehabilitations for special needs patients under general anesthesia. Committed to offering her patients a wide range of services, Dr. Ferraro continues to refine her skills in all areas of dentistry. She completed training in general orthodontic treatments and functional orthopedic appliance therapy with Pace University. She is also certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to administer Botox for dental esthetics and TMJ therapy. She has had tremendous success in therapeutically treating patients experiencing pain from TMJ disorder, chronic headaches, clenching and grinding. She has also completed various trainings in endodontics and is proficient in performing root canals. Dr. Ferraro and her husband, Chris, live in Morris County, where they are parents to a beautiful baby girl and a loving dog. In their free time they enjoy hiking, biking around town, or catching a Broadway show. Dr. Ferraro is passionately devoted to her family, and to providing exceptional dental care to her patients.

  Dr. Jenny Howell

  Associate Dentist

  A native of Canada, Dr. Howell completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Genetic Engineering at McMaster University and her Master of Science in Neurology and Neurosurgery at McGill University. A research opportunity at the National Institute of Drug Abuse in Baltimore, Maryland, brought her to the United States, where she pursued drug addiction studies while her husband completed his Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins. An avid lover of science, Dr. Howell felt her research career was want for one critical element: the ability to directly impact human health. Having worked as a dental assistant for several years during high school, she revisited the prospect of dentistry as a career that would allow her to fulfill these passions. After several shadowing sessions and discussions with local dentists, Dr. Howell applied to dental school and has never looked back. Graduating Doctor of Dental Surgery, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2010, Dr. Howell subsequently completed the Harvard-BWH-MGH General Practice Residency. Then she was offered a position at the Massachusetts General Hospital’s dental group as an attending and general dentist, where she oversaw dental residents and treated both healthy and medically compromised patients. Her husband’s appointment as faculty at NYU Langone Medical Center brought her family to New Jersey in late 2015, where she began working as an Associate General Dentist for Malo Smile USA, developers of the All-on-4® protocol, ultimately assuming the role of Clinical Director in 2016. In her spare time, Dr. Howell enjoys spending time with her husband and three energetic young children in the outdoors, reading, cooking, and gardening. Dr. Howell remains indebted to her mentors, who have supported her and fostered her growth both personally and professionally throughout her career. She is excited to embark upon her next journey, Green Leaf Dentistry: dental care rooted in compassion, trust, and clinical excellence.   Welcome to our office! I am one of the friendly faces you will see at the front desk when you arrive. I love to help patients achieve the smile they have always wanted. It’s always possible! You just need to trust our team to guide you to your amazing and beautiful new smile. I truly enjoy helping patients understand the best option for them. I am always available to answer questions or concerns, plan appointments, and help to utilize insurance benefits. I have been working with Dr. Ecker for 26 years and am very excited to continue with Dr. Howell at Green Leaf Dentistry. I can promise you our team will always work hard to listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable each and every visit. I am happily married and have a beautiful daughter and an energetic dog. I value quality time with family and friends. I love to travel, dine out, and cook.

  Hello, my name is Nancy Natoli. My own orthodontic experience at age 15 sparked my interest in dental hygiene, and I have been practicing for over 30 years. My goal is to educate my patients and to personalize their home care for their specific needs. I enjoy getting to know my patients, and I love what I do! I am married and have three college-age children. I enjoy sitting on the beach, walking, attending the concerts of my favorite bands, and I never pass up a good piece of chocolate!
