Ali completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through The Physical Mind Institute. She is also an advanced Yoga instructor and Reiki Level 2 practitioner. She has a PhD in Environmental Management and loves animals, nature, and reading. Movement has helped her improve her mind, body, and soul.
Kim has worked in the fitness industry for 15 years as a group exercise instructor, small group trainer and personal trainer. Classes she has instructed include Pilates, Body Pump, Zumba, Kickboxing, Bootcamp and HIIT Classes. Kim is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, TRX Certified Instructor, Les Mills Certified Body Pump Instructor and Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certified through Peak Pilates. Kim loves sharing her passion for Pilates with clients and believes movement heals the body and can improve every area of life regardless of one’s body type or physical limitations.
While graduating in Physical Education in Brazil, Gabriella had her first contact with Pilates and fell in love with the method instantly!! She saw the difference and transformation in her body physically and mentally shortly after taking classes. She decided to become a Pilates instructor which would allow her to help people feel better with themselves both physically and mentally! She has been a Pilates instructor since 2010 and believes it’s really gratifying and motivating for her to be able to help and motivate others to live an active lifestyle!
